An excellent ability to interact with and fulfill the needs of our clients has been a priority and goal of Wertheimer & Associates over the past twenty years. Every client receives personal attention and we anticipate establishing a long term relationship with our clients and their landscapes.

Initial Consultation & Client Interview
Our first visit involves a discussion of the client’s requirements, expectations, and budget regarding their landscape. As we walk the property, design ideas can be easily discussed and exchanged to establish an understanding in order to bring about a comprehensive landscape design. Contract
After the initial consultation, an estimate that will outline the cost and extent of the landscape design of the landscape design will be sent to the client. The estimate will include the time necessary to complete a conceptual plan, a planting plan and construction details.

Conceptual Plan
This drawing represents the final design without determining all of the specifics and incorporates the client’s needs and desires along with our design solutions. Changes may be made to the plan before continuing on to planting plan.

Planting Plan
Once the conceptual plan is completed and agreed upon, the planting plan will be presented with a listing of all plant materials with information on mature size, color and bloom time.

Estimates
Once the plans are completed, a cost estimate for desired work can be prepared. Installation may be done all at once or in phases over time to fit a client’s budget and priorities.

Installation & Construction
Wertheimer & Associates has an excellent crew that does the majority of our work, however we will contract out some work to qualified subcontractors when necessary.
